Introduction :

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) is applicable to BizorClass (“Company”, “we”, “our”), a provider of India’s trusted teacher-providing app, and to all services rendered by the Company, including the use of its website, mobile application, and other related services (“Services”).

The Company provides personalized 1-on-1 and group tuitions at the students’ home, connected through its Services. This Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds of fees paid for the Services are provided.

1. REFUNDS
  • General Refunds
  • The Company shall provide a full refund of all fees paid for the Services, provided that the Company has failed to deliver the Services as agreed and the customer is not satisfied with the Services. To be eligible for a refund, the customer must provide a written request to the Company within seven (7) days of the receipt of the Services. The Company shall process the request for refund within fifteen (15) days of receiving the written request.

  • Cancellation Refunds
  • The Company allows customers to cancel their Services at any time prior to the commencement of the Services. In such cases, the Company shall provide a full refund of all fees paid for the Services. To be eligible for a refund, the customer must provide a written request to the Company within seven (7) days of the cancellation. The Company shall process the request for refund within fifteen (15) days of receiving the written request.

2. REFUND EXCLUSIONS

The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds for the following reasons:

  • If the customer has failed to provide sufficient evidence of dissatisfaction with the Services.
  • If the customer has failed to provide a written request for refund within seven (7) days of the receipt of the Services or the cancellation of the Services.
  • If the customer has failed to provide sufficient contact information for the Company to process the refund.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company does not accept any liability for any damages or losses incurred by the customer as a result of the Services or the refund process. The Company’s maximum liability in any circumstances is limited to the total fee paid by the customer for the Services.

4. APPLICABLE LAW

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, Indian tort law, the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the Companies Act 2013, the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
